Client: Matanzas, Inc. Complete architectural and engineering services for a 9-unit oceanfront condominium. The program included 3, 2-bedroom penthouses and 6, 2-bedroom townhouses with decks overlooking the ocean and optional whirlpool spas and fireplaces. Site amentities included a pool, boardwalk over primary dune to the beach and ocean overlook pavillion.
