Robex International. Master planning and design for 144 resort cottages
in 5 distinct unit types varying from 955-SF, 1-bedroom units to 1620-SF,
3-bedroom units. Master planning included a 700-acre island resort community
with a total of 1,200 residential units, a 225-room hotel, a 210-slip
marina, golf and tennis clubs, a straw market and marina retail area,
recreational and entertainment facilities.
