Client: National Benelolent Association. 360 apartment units for the elderly in a series of phased 7-story buildings. Incorporated into the program are 40 ACLF units, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, TV lounges, card rooms, and recreational areas. Included on the first floor of the apartments are shops, stores, a beauty salon, ice cream shop, bank and dining facilities overlooking beautiful Lake Cypress.
